Product Description:

We produce and perform coating of tools and moulds by CVD and PACVD technologies. These nano-coatings consist of many interconnected layers. Coating increases the durability of tools, moulds, cores up to fifteen times more compared to a tool without coating.

Other information:

Coating of tools by CVD and PACVD technologies may be used for tools up to a diameter of 500 mm and length of 2000 mm, especially designed for pressing, machining, also punches, shearing tools. Excellent effects of coating on the cores and moulds for pressure casting of aluminium and other nonferrous metals.
